You'll lead Toptal's Industries function, driving go-to-market strategy and revenue growth across multiple verticals. You'll oversee a global team, construct a world-class accounts management process, and partner with the executive team to unlock new market opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with GMs to align industry and service verticals
• Oversee GTM functions across enterprise and SMB
• Build relationships with senior executives at key clients
• Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-industry opportunities
• Set sales standards and scale high-performing GTM teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in go-to-market leadership
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple verticals
• Experience building and scaling accounts management processes
• Strong background in consultative sales and executive relationship management
