You'll drive inorganic growth and strategic partnerships for a deep-tech defense organization. You'll lead M&A, investments, and deal execution while identifying new opportunities in defense, autonomy, and AI ecosystems. This role provides direct exposure to executive decision-making in high-stakes, regulated markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and lead strategic partnerships
• Structure and execute complex agreements (JVs, alliances)
• Lead end-to-end M&A and investment processes
• Develop investment materials for leadership and board

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/JD preferred
• 12+ years in corporate development, PE, IB, or strategy consulting
• Proven track record leading complex transactions (M&A, partnerships)
• Experience in defense, aerospace, AI, or autonomy sectors
