• Lead development of Mutual Success Plans
• Conduct regular business reviews demonstrating ROI
• Identify expansion opportunities from customer insights

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Customer Success or client-facing roles
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with significant contract values
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
