Description

You will deliver end-to-end event project management for B2B clients, managing app-based event solutions (SpotMe/Onomi) for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. You'll independently configure event apps, coordinate with clients and vendors, oversee live event operations, and provide post-event analysis. This is a remote role that requires travel for onsite events.

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of corporate internal and external B2B events (webinars, conferences, trade shows, etc.)
• Experience in event technology and delivering app-based event solutions
• Strong customer-centric mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to operate at a fast pace on multiple projects
• Willingness to travel for onsite events

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and launch web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage
• Manage client communications and senior stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and customers for seamless live event execution
• Ensure speakers are briefed and prepared for webinars, virtual sessions, or onsite presentations
• Handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver insights and recommendations
