You'll join Carvana's Market Operations team, ensuring vehicles are clean and inspection-ready for customer deliveries. You'll coordinate with coworkers to maintain timely service and top customer satisfaction. This role offers performance-based pay increases every 90 days in your first year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Stand for extended periods with frequent stretching and reaching

• Experience in automotive detailing or lot attendant role
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Team player with strong communication skills
