You'll assist the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve financial targets in a high-growth cannabis retail environment. You'll operate as Manager on Duty, represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador, and drive revenue through selling behaviors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively communicate with store management and cross-functional partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Model and lead selling behaviors aligned with brand culture to build customer loyalty and meet financial targets.
• Supervise store operations, opening/closing, task delegation, scheduling, and cash management.
• Analyze inventory trends and manage inventory to avoid outs and overstock.
• Maintain knowledge of computer systems and software including registers and LeafLogix.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail or customer service experience in a high-paced selling environment.
• 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong salesmanship skills and experience in driving revenue.
• Flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
