You'll act as the vital right hand to the Studio Manager, owning the office experience from recruitment coordination to team support. You'll ensure the workspace is organized and high-vibe while keeping the studio's operational pulse flawless.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead recruitment cycle: post jobs, schedule interviews, maintain ATS.
• Own onboarding flow: contracts, welcome kits, Day 1 setup.
• Manage employee files and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate office supplies, catering, and vendor management.

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual: native Spanish and fluent English.
• 2-3 years of experience in office administration or HR.
• Strong proficiency in G-Suite.
• Experience with ATS or HR software.
