You'll design and lead onboarding programs for Vonage's Customer Success teams, ensuring new CSMs master our product and post-sales ecosystem. Your core impact is driving continuous enablement through data-driven training and blended learning. This role stands out by empowering global CS teams with actionable Success Plays and tool expertise.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and lead end-to-end onboarding for new CSMs
  • Develop post-onboarding curricula on new features and strategies
  • Identify skill gaps through data-driven assessments
  • Deliver blended learning experiences for global CS teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years of Customer Success training and enablement experience
  • High proficiency in Salesforce and Planhat or similar CS platforms
  • Experience creating training materials with Articulate or similar authoring tools
  • Strong facilitation skills to simplify complex API capabilities

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales/CS Ops and Product Marketing
  • Background in MEDDPICC or similar sales/success methodologies
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
