Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on experience shipping ML models to production across diverse problem spaces
• MS in CS, Statistics, Math, Science, Engineering or similar quantitative field + 5+ years industry experience
• Fluency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, and ML packages
• Data engineering skills with large data (TB) and building pipelines using Spark
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Linux, shell scripting

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning algorithms for e-commerce, logistics, and new products
• Work with real-world consumer data for NLP, image classification, time series analysis, outlier detection, user modeling
• Build frameworks, tools, and methodologies for data science and data teams
• Provide thought leadership through high-quality write-ups, reviews, and a strong practical vision
• Multiply team effect by mentoring and enabling others
