You'll oversee support desk operations at a healthcare AI startup, ensuring team KPIs and quality standards are met. Your work directly improves patient care coordination across 40,000+ post-acute patients daily. Based on-site in El Segundo, you'll partner with Field Operations on device fulfillment and client outreach.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Monitor and report on team KPIs, addressing performance gaps.
- Assign incoming cases equitably based on priority and capacity.
- Conduct quality audits of case handling and communications.
- Serve as HubSpot support desk administrator and maintain workflows.
- Answer inbound calls and assist with outbound customer outreach.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in customer support or client services.
- 1+ year in a lead or supervisory support role.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar helpdesk platforms.
- Experience with KPI reporting tools or dashboards.
