Your work directly improves patient care coordination across 40,000+ post-acute patients daily. Based on-site in El Segundo, you'll partner with Field Operations on device fulfillment and client outreach.

  • Monitor and report on team KPIs, addressing performance gaps.
  • Assign incoming cases equitably based on priority and capacity.
  • Conduct quality audits of case handling and communications.
  • Serve as HubSpot support desk administrator and maintain workflows.
  • Answer inbound calls and assist with outbound customer outreach.

  • 2+ years in customer support or client services.
  • 1+ year in a lead or supervisory support role.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar helpdesk platforms.
  • Experience with KPI reporting tools or dashboards.
