💼 About This Role

You'll join the Internal AI Accelerator Squad to design and operationalise agentic AI workflows that remove manual toil. You'll lead delivery of high-stakes AI agents from discovery to production. You'll define the patterns and guardrails for intelligent automation across Xero.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and iterate AI agents and workflow orchestrations.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms like Salesforce.
• Develop reusable automation patterns and shared templates.
• Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and operating applications in production environments.
• Hands-on delivery of AI-driven solutions using LLMs like Claude or Gemini.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and navigating SDKs/webhooks.
• Systems-thinking approach to design secure, auditable agents.
