💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end design for the web surfaces that bring new customers and colleagues into Picnic. You'll work in a dedicated product team alongside engineers, researchers, and product owners, shaping how the world sees Picnic for the first time. The role offers the chance to contribute to Picnic's design system and explore AI as both a tool and feature.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design from insight to shipped feature
• Collaborate with product owners and UX researchers to define design directions
• Create low and high fidelity prototypes tested weekly with customers
• Document interaction and UI requirements to support developers

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking
• Figma fluency and rapid prototyping skills
• Availability to work on-site full time in Amsterdam
