Description

You will own the strategic direction and roadmap for Altruist's trading platform, architecting comprehensive product strategies and driving cross-functional execution to transform complex trading workflows into seamless advisor experiences. This high-visibility role impacts every advisor on the platform and requires balancing rapid innovation with extreme reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience from a high-caliber tech firm or fintech
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex products
• Prior experience in trading or investment platforms is a significant plus
• Foundational financial acumen including investment management terms and operations
• Deep technical literacy to engage with engineers and understand system trade-offs
• Exceptional communication skills to distill strategic goals into concrete requirements
• Operational flexibility to support US market hours
• Hybrid based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Dallas
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred

• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, and Operations
• Lead high-stakes technical and vendor decisions evaluating internal builds vs third-party integrations
• Utilize AI-driven workflows and prototyping to accelerate product development
• Serve as primary authority on trading product health monitoring metrics and directing resources
• Liaise with Compliance and Trading Operations to ensure regulatory alignment
