- Lead and mentor Desktop Administration and Helpdesk Support teams.
- Define and execute strategy for end-user computing and IT support services.
- Oversee endpoint device deployment, management, and secure decommissioning.
- Direct Helpdesk operations, ensuring efficient ticket intake and escalation.
๐ Requirements
- Leadership experience managing desktop and Helpdesk teams.
- Endpoint management expertise with Windows, macOS, and MDM tools.
- Microsoft 365 administration and support experience.
- Healthcare IT or call-center support environment experience.

- Experience with Aruba networking environments.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks.
