🎯 What You'll Do

• Build core ML systems for long-horizon AI product
• Own end-to-end ML: data, training, evaluation, inference
• Debug model failures using production signals
• Iterate quickly: ship, measure, refine

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping ML systems in production
• Expert-level Python and PyTorch or JAX
• Experience with GPU-based training and inference systems
• Strong systems thinking and production-quality code

• Published research or open source contributions
