🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting community lifestyle.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least one year of customer service experience.

• Sales or apartment leasing experience.
• Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) accreditation.
