As the Visual Lead at ALO, you will drive sales and profitability through visual merchandising. You'll partner with the Visual Manager to execute floor sets, manage inventory, and maintain brand standards, while leading the team to create an inspiring retail environment.

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a team

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, and supply management
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising through recovery, restock, and visual changes
• Plan visual floor changes with management team via payroll management and zone adaptation
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to delivery, meeting company expectations and budgets
