You'll lead a mixed-age Montessori classroom for ages 3-6, nurturing independence and deep learning through individualized lessons and a prepared environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe each child closely to understand their development
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom
• Provide individualized and small-group lessons in practical life, literacy, math
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

📋 Requirements

• Montessori diploma for ages 3-6 or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a group learning environment
• ECE or Child Development credits as required
• Bachelor's degree in any field
