• Maintain visible field presence to support safe work execution
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability and availability
• Manage maintenance project execution and planning quality

📋 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in relevant technical field with trade certification
• 5 years of supervisory experience in mobile equipment maintenance
• Proven leadership capability with focus on people development
• Strong understanding of maintenance execution and planning

• Experience with maintenance systems
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
