You'll lead material planning, inventory control, and material handling teams to enable mass production of spacecraft at a fast-growing aerospace startup. Your work directly ensures the production line is continually supplied with the right components to meet aggressive manufacturing goals. This role offers the opportunity to build scalable supply chain processes for a company backed by $200M in Series D funding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee material planning, inventory control, and material handling teams
• Own demand planning and ensure on-time delivery of materials
• Monitor material availability and proactively report supply risks
• Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving with suppliers

📋 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident) per ITAR
• 10+ years in production control or materials management in manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
