You'll partner with Sales and Customer Experience to drive timely and profitable renewals, acting as the primary commercial advisor. Your core impact will be negotiating complex renewals with enterprise customers, protecting margin and driving favorable outcomes. You'll also optimize renewal processes using AI-powered tooling.
π― What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales to drive operational rigor across the renewal pipeline.
- Develop customer-facing content like business cases and ROI materials.
- Own and continuously optimize the renewal process and workflows.
- Lead commercial negotiations on renewals with discipline and confidence.
π Requirements
- 5+ years in Renewals, Procurement, Customer Success, or Sales Operations.
- Enterprise procurement or vendor management background, ideally from buy side.
- Proven track record leading high-stakes commercial negotiations.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and contract management.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI-assisted sales or customer success tools.
- Knowledge of renewal pipeline management and net retention forecasting.
- Experience with deal operations for complex enterprise renewals.
