Description

You will lead payroll operations across five European countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process improvements. This role involves hands-on end-to-end payroll processing, vendor management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing multi-country payroll in Europe
• Experience with equity award payroll implications
• Strong knowledge of European labor law
• Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Personio, ADP)
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for Netherlands, Germany, UK, France, and Austria
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and SOX controls
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, and controls
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, and HR
