💼 About This Role

You'll drive new client acquisition and relationship management with retailers (B2B) across assigned territories. You'll increase sales origination and partner integration through frequent field visits, training, and incentive campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge fintech technology serving underserved markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Achieve monthly sales and store activation targets in assigned area.
  • Maintain client portfolio productivity and month-over-month growth.
  • Develop lojista relationships to resolve issues and improve conversion.
  • Visit stores to train sales teams and activate promotional campaigns.
  • Identify and onboard new business partners; update client database.

📋 Requirements

  • Technical or university degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in external sales with route creation.
  • Experience in software, mobile devices, telecom, financial services or acquiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train partner staff.
  • Own vehicle and availability for frequent travel across Greater Florianópolis.
