💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end vehicle transition planning and execution for autonomous mobility fleet deployment across development, testing, pilot, and operations. Your core impact is ensuring vehicles meet technical, safety, and regulatory readiness to minimize operational risk as MOIA scales globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute vehicle transitions across development, testing, and operations phases.
• Define transition gates, readiness criteria, and stage-specific checklists.
• Set vehicle testing strategy and coordinate test campaigns with internal teams and partners.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and escalations to minimize operational impact.
• Standardize and improve transition/testing processes for scalability across fleets and regions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in automotive launch, industrialization, or transition management.
• Strong understanding of pre-series vehicles and early fleet deployment activities.
• Proven ability to institutionalize learnings from prototypes into scalable operational standards.
• Experience executing structured testing and validation for operational and service processes.

• Experience with autonomous vehicle programs.
• Familiarity with fleet management software or telematics systems.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 26262, SOTIF).
