💼 About This Role

You'll design and own the Salesforce processes and reporting infrastructure that enable Collibra's global Services organization to scale. Your work directly improves forecast accuracy, utilization tracking, and project delivery for enterprise customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary Salesforce SME for Services organization
  • Design and deploy Salesforce processes for SaaS professional services
  • Lead cross-functional operational projects independently
  • Collaborate with BI Analysts to maintain clean Salesforce data
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks across consulting lifecycle

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of operations experience in SaaS or professional services
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration including Flow Builder and custom objects
  • Experience building operational workflows for professional services teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Certinia or FinancialForce PSA
  • Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder)
  • Familiarity with data intelligence or data governance industry
