💼 About This Role

You'll join the new AI Squad in the RD Station RevOps area, proposing and implementing technical solutions that directly impact productivity and revenue. You'll ensure the performance and stability of assets like the website chat and front-ends. This role combines backend Node.js development with Next.js/React frontends and A/B testing for optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Propose and implement technical solutions for squad assets ensuring high performance
• Develop and maintain the website chat tool
• Develop and maintain front-ends in Next.js and React, plus back-end in Node.js
• Implement unit and synthetic tests for code quality
• Implement A/B tests for optimization

📋 Requirements

• Experience with Node.js and REST API creation/consumption
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and reactive frameworks like Next.js
• Experience with unit and synthetic testing

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of tracking implementation for experiment metrics
• Experience building AI agents
