Description

As a General Manager at Blank Street, you will lead a single store, owning operations, team development, and financial performance. You'll hire and train talent, maintain quality standards, and drive local brand loyalty in the Philadelphia market.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing single-store operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands
• Full-time availability: 45 hours/week, 5 days including weekends
• Strong decision-making and multi-tasking skills
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment

Responsibilities

• Create motivating team culture through coaching and mentoring
• Schedule staff and review timecards and PTO requests
• Recruit talent in collaboration with People Team
• Oversee food and beverage quality and inventory management
• Spend 50-70% of week behind the bar maintaining customer service
