Description

You will own technical documentation writing tasks, leverage AI to improve documentation efficiency and quality, guide the team on GenAI writing and tooling, work with engineering and PMs to understand user needs, and present to the team to level up their skills. This role focuses on using GenAI in the writing workflow while ensuring documentation quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in technical writing, preferably database-focused
• 4+ years in engineering or cloud ops with significant AI involvement
• Proficient with Git, docs-as-code, static sites
• Proficient with GitHub, AWS, Azure, VSCode
• Proficient in Python and at least 1 other modern language
