🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and submit LMIA and other immigration applications
• Represent clients in IRB hearings and Federal Court
• Evaluate refugee claims and gather supporting evidence
• Stay updated on immigration law changes and ensure compliance

📋 Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with a Canadian Bar Association
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in immigration law
• Expertise in LMIA processes and requirements
• Experience with Judicial Review and Mandamus applications

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with refugee protection claims
• Spanish language skills
