Description

You will drive the Extensibility program across Workflows, Custom Objects, and Scripts workstreams at Stripe, owning the strategic direction and cross-org execution. You'll resolve integration challenges, shape product roadmaps, and ensure successful major launches while collaborating with engineering, product, and partnerships teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience
• Strong product sense and understanding of enterprise customer needs
• Ability to communicate with precision across engineering, product, and executive audiences
• Proven track record of successful program delivery in complex technical environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-org decisions across multiple teams, resolving integration and ownership questions
• Own critical path to major launches, shaping scope and negotiating trade-offs
• Influence product and engineering roadmaps with a program-level perspective
• Ensure ProServ and Partnerships requirements are reflected in roadmap with rigor
