You'll operate at the intersection of engineering and customer success, working with enterprise clients to accelerate adoption of DevSecOps and AI-enabled platforms. You'll design deployment architectures for highly regulated environments and build reusable technical assets. This role combines deep hands-on engineering with customer-facing problem solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers
• Design and lead solution architecture for complex CI/CD and security deployments
• Build and deliver proof-of-concepts and reusable technical accelerators
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize use cases based on impact

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong systems design and architecture expertise
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, YAML pipelines, and APIs
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Go
• Exposure to AI/LLM systems and agentic workflows
