Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, HR, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities coordination, or event management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workplace
- Manage non-IT consumables inventory and place orders
- Serve as primary point of contact for vendors and monitor service delivery
- Plan and execute local employee experience initiatives and events
- Support emergency preparedness activities such as fire drills and safety audits
