Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, HR, or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities coordination, or event management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workplace
  • Manage non-IT consumables inventory and place orders
  • Serve as primary point of contact for vendors and monitor service delivery
  • Plan and execute local employee experience initiatives and events
  • Support emergency preparedness activities such as fire drills and safety audits
