You'll partner with integrated design teams to craft proposals and create impactful marketing content for projects that are changing lives by design. You'll lead pursuit strategy and produce high-quality materials across multiple market sectors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide marketing support to firm leadership across market sectors
• Lead creation and pursuit strategy of proposals and presentations
• Produce high-quality marketing materials with accuracy and compliance
• Research opportunities, markets, and clients to support strategy

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience required
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with InDesign fluency
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• End-to-end pursuit process ownership including reading RFQs

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• A/E/C industry experience preferred
• Dynamics 365 experience a plus
