💼 About This Role

You'll lead the on-time and quality delivery of compute capacity for OpenAI's frontier AI models. You'll manage supplier relationships and executive communications to ensure the right capacity, at the right time. This role offers direct impact on cutting-edge AI infrastructure at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own capacity delivery against contract and business demands.
• Manage relationships with core delivery partners.
• Communicate delivery status, challenges, and mitigations to executives.
• Lead a team of industrial leaders focused on capacity delivery.

📋 Requirements

• Hyperscale data center experience or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of delivery models and risk management.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Excellent managerial and leadership skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of accelerator architectures like Cerebras, AMD, TPUs, or Nvidia platforms.
• Experience with Trainium or next-gen hardware.
• Ability to influence delivery outcomes with limited direct ownership.
