Requirements

Full comprehension and adherence to safety protocols
Perform Job Hazard Analysis and eliminate unnecessary risks
Understand ergonomic risks and develop solutions
Participate in accident investigations and root cause analysis
Evaluate processes to ensure target conditions and implement corrective actions

Responsibilities

Lead Lean-based process optimization and waste elimination initiatives
Deliver training programs to instill a Continuous Improvement mindset
Create Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work Instructions
Oversee Continuous Improvement tracker and program activities
Coach and mentor to embed problem-solving and innovation culture
