💼 About This Role

You'll manage a regional portfolio of Picnic fulfillment centers and hubs, ensuring technical excellence and safety standards. You'll coordinate facility expansions and serve as the go-to person for technical issues. This role offers ownership of facility management and project leadership in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a regional portfolio of 1 FC and 10 hubs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance schedules
• Act as primary contact for site managers and external vendors
• Support expansion of new buildings and implement new equipment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, or related field
• 2 years of professional experience in facility or technical building management
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Driving license class B and willingness to travel regularly
