You'll own the full People strategy at Range as we scale, partnering with the CEO and executive team on organizational effectiveness. You'll design scalable people systems and lead through complexity, serving as a trusted advisor on high-impact decisions. This role is based in McLean, VA with an in-office schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute People strategy aligned with business goals
• Partner with CEO and exec team on org design and workforce planning
• Build and lead the internal HR team with clear ownership
• Design performance management systems and review cycles

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in People/HR leadership
• Experience scaling a fast-growing startup
• SaaS or tech industry experience
• Deep experience in performance management and org design
