πΌ About This Role
You'll drive mission adoption of AI-native cyber software for Intelligence Community users, working directly with operators and analysts. Your job is to map real workflows, surface friction, and translate field feedback into product decisions. This role directly impacts national security missions at the intersection of cyber and electromagnetic domains.
π― What You'll Do
- Own mission adoption for IC users of Twentyβs products.
- Map real mission workflows to Twenty capabilities.
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement for operators and targeters.
- Maintain field operating picture for each deployment.
- Turn user feedback into product requirements and bug reports.
π Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
- 5+ years as a cyber operator, targeter, or mission planner in the IC.
- Working understanding of cyber mission workflows.
- Ability to learn complex software and explain it clearly.

- Experience with graph-based tools or link-analysis platforms.
- Strong written communication skills turning ambiguous input into requirements.
