🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct telehealth sessions via phone or video for prescriptive and informational visits.
• Perform comprehensive health assessments on patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care.

📋 Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in at least 15 states.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
