You'll own end-to-end paid media planning and buying for 5-10 Pro Partner brands simultaneously, handling strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting. You'll build direct working relationships with partner marketing contacts, troubleshooting issues and presenting performance. This role blends agency-style multi-brand management with an in-house growth team environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own paid media planning and buying for 5-10 Pro Partner brands across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain direct working relationships with partner marketing points of contact
  • Set up conversion tracking from scratch using GTM, pixels, and remarketing tags
  • Develop targeting strategies using partner first-party data and custom audiences
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with creative insights and strategic recommendations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Multi-brand campaign management handling 2-3 active campaigns across 5-10 brands
  • Google Tag Manager proficiency for conversion tracking setup and debugging
  • Strong communication skills to manage partner relationships and present performance
