๐ผ About This Role
You'll own end-to-end paid media planning and buying for 5-10 Pro Partner brands simultaneously, handling strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting. You'll build direct working relationships with partner marketing contacts, troubleshooting issues and presenting performance. This role blends agency-style multi-brand management with an in-house growth team environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own paid media planning and buying for 5-10 Pro Partner brands across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn
- Build and maintain direct working relationships with partner marketing points of contact
- Set up conversion tracking from scratch using GTM, pixels, and remarketing tags
- Develop targeting strategies using partner first-party data and custom audiences
- Deliver weekly performance reports with creative insights and strategic recommendations
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Multi-brand campaign management handling 2-3 active campaigns across 5-10 brands
- Google Tag Manager proficiency for conversion tracking setup and debugging
- Strong communication skills to manage partner relationships and present performance
