💼 About This Role

You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development for a pop culture-driven retail brand. You'll lead a team to drive sales and build customer relationships, all while helping eliminate hunger through our partnership with Feeding America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support store manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create buzz through promotion of new products and social media.
• Manage operations including shrink, payroll, and scheduling.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
