๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead and develop a team of mid-market Account Executives, each owning a regional territory of life sciences accounts. Your core impact is to drive deal excellence using MEDDIC-based selling and partner cross-functionally to sharpen go-to-market motion.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and grow 4-6 mid-market Account Executives
- Conduct structured MEDDIC deal reviews for rigorous pipeline inspection
- Partner with Marketing and Product to align ICP-driven campaigns
- Engage as executive sponsor on strategic deals
- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health across mid-market
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- At least 5 years in sales management roles
- Background selling SaaS into Life Sciences vertical
- Deep expertise in MEDDIC sales methodology
