You'll lead and develop a team of mid-market Account Executives, each owning a regional territory of life sciences accounts. Your core impact is to drive deal excellence using MEDDIC-based selling and partner cross-functionally to sharpen go-to-market motion.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and grow 4-6 mid-market Account Executives
  • Conduct structured MEDDIC deal reviews for rigorous pipeline inspection
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to align ICP-driven campaigns
  • Engage as executive sponsor on strategic deals
  • Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health across mid-market

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • At least 5 years in sales management roles
  • Background selling SaaS into Life Sciences vertical
  • Deep expertise in MEDDIC sales methodology
