You'll manage a diverse patient panel in a human-centered primary care setting, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits. You'll collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, perform procedures, and supervise NP/PA colleagues as part of a mission-driven healthcare team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
• Collaborate with team via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency (completed or in progress)
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care (all ages)
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Med/Peds (or board eligible with plan to certify within 1 year)
• State license in TX before start date
