Description

You will launch and scale AI-powered features that transform the patient experience at Rula, exploring how AI can support patients before, during, and after therapy in partnership with their human therapist. You'll work with clinicians, engineers, data scientists, and designers to prototype and test new features, building safe, personalized AI experiences that enhance care while maintaining high clinical standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years building user-facing AI features
• Strong execution and delivery skills, with proven ability to scope MVPs, align stakeholders, and ship quality products in 0 to 1 environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical and technical concepts into actionable product frameworks
• Experience facilitating highly cross-functional teams (data science, ML engineering, clinical experts, design, and engineering)
• Demonstrated ability to make tradeoffs and clear decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
