Description

In this role, you will onboard new customers, coordinate complex projects, and collaborate with sales and engineering to drive customer success. You'll manage a portfolio of customers in the APAC region, identify growth opportunities, and serve as a customer advocate to improve satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese level and excellent command of English
  • Minimum 5 years work experience with strong IT background
  • Exposure to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, or migration
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience building and improving internal processes

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to products like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, OpenStack, Kubernetes
  • Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision makers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop engagement plans
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, identify growth opportunities and renewal risks
  • Serve as customer advocate, influencing product roadmaps and improving satisfaction
