You'll lead a mixed-age infant classroom (ages 0–3) in a Montessori environment designed to nurture independence and curiosity. You'll prepare the classroom, observe each child, and provide individualized care that respects their unique rhythms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe each child to support physical, emotional, cognitive development
• Respect and follow each child's natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, toileting
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly environment for trust and exploration
• Partner closely with parents to support each child's growth and development

📋 Requirements

• Interest in pursuing Montessori certification through the Prepared Montessorian Institute
• Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a group care setting
• Alignment with child-led educational philosophies like Montessori or Reggio Emilia
• Bachelor's degree in a child-related field or ECE credits
