Responsibilities

• Manage Engineering Managers and Agile Delivery Leads across cross-functional teams
• Guide architecture for backend and platform systems, focusing on high-concurrency, event-driven systems
• Collaborate with Product leaders to shape roadmaps and balance speed against technical debt
• Develop and maintain best practices for distributed systems and APIs
• Ensure infrastructure is designed for resilience and observability
