💼 About This Role

You'll lead day-to-day field operations on active construction sites, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely and on schedule. You'll drive schedule execution, enforce quality standards, and resolve field issues proactively. This role offers employee ownership and a chance to mentor assistant superintendents on complex projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct daily job site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Run daily coordination meetings and align crews with schedule milestones.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on site.
• Track progress, resolve field issues, and communicate with project team.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience as a construction superintendent managing field operations.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and trade sequencing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and meet schedule milestones.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, specifications, and RFIs.

• Familiarity with construction scheduling tools.
• Experience with MEP scopes.
• Ability to mentor assistant superintendents.
