💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical bridge between design and global scale, ensuring next-generation flash storage systems transition seamlessly from concept to exabyte-scale deployment. You'll drive manufacturing excellence and operational rigor so the world's largest cloud providers can rely on Everpure's hardware for their most critical workloads. This role demands high-level collaboration with ODM partners to solve complex integration challenges before they hit the data center floor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and scale ODM and CM production environments for hyperscale customers.
• Lead Design-for-Manufacturing, Test, and Quality initiatives for system-level validation.
• Own First Pass Yield and DPPM targets using data-driven insights.
• Synchronize efforts between Design, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve hardware bottlenecks.

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to lead hardware scaling from NPI through high-volume production in ODM/JDM environments.
• Hands-on system integration mastery with server bring-up and debugging.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing test methodologies and quality metrics.
• Strong collaborative leadership skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
