🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute innovation product development for multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to discover manufacturable innovative designs.
• Partner with vendors and factories to advance manufacturing techniques.
• Manage samples and technical packages for assigned projects.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomechanics, Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years leading technical running footwear development projects.
• Proven leadership in product development and project management.
• 5+ years in athletic footwear innovation desired.

• Experience with Flex PLM software.
• Passionate about running and understanding the runner.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
